why would they only make the offers to US people? they are based in canada and just recently expanded yet they leave the canadians out of it

Nope, that has nothing to do with it.

We purchased goods from Siver Cartel in the USA and the product is in the US as well, simple as that.

Besides, we still have more variety available in Canada at the moment. It's also possible to order from Canada if we don't have it in stock in the US...
