It work's great in the short run but may cause health problems in the long run. But if you are looking to losing weight and keeping it off try eating healthy instead and exercising.

i tore a ligament in half in my ankle so running is out for a while, im on a semi strict diet and but im trying to lose about 10lbs or so before my ankle is well enough to go back to the soccer team

go to the pool/gym...they're bound to have an 'eliptical trainer'...now if you can handle the fact that it is modelled after cross country skiing, which I could, it makes you sweat like a bitch. I's the motions of running with absoluteally no impact

^those are bullshit, they get you sweating but its not the same workout as running, you don't really use your muscles that intensively. when was the last time you were sore after using an eliptical. when i run i watch the weight fall off of me, the eliptical never has even close to the same effect.

All diet pills are unsubstatiated garbage. People who are really into lifting will either make their own ECA, ECY, etc. stacks and be on the right diet. It doesn't boost your metabolism and there's never really been any proof in an isolated environment.

Just go to the gym and watch your diet if you want to lose weight. 80% of losing weight is your diet. As cocky as this sounds, anyone who says otherwise is either physically pretty weak or isn't in single digits for their body fat. www.bodybuilding.com is the first place you should go for information on this sort of thing.

just cuz you hurt yourself doesnt mean you cant work out, just take it slow, dont use any artificial pills to lose weight thats just gross
