you wouldnt go anywhere. behind a boat you are being pulled but in snow you would need lots of speed, steep hill, no rocks, and insane balance because snow wouldnt be very stable

notice how on a water ski hydrofoil they are bing pulled by a boat, gravity wont pull you up on snow in a hydrofoil you need speed to lift you up. would never work.
