Hydration survey only 5 questions

the third answer is in yes/no format and is multiple choice. just saying. and the last one was like a trivia question, not a survey.

done, just some tips.

question 3 should be "select all that apply" because I would select A and B but not C, so neither D or E is true either.

a comment box would also be helpful!

PS, for anyone who hates gatorade here is a tip. Rock salt and lemon juice! you can either make it super concentrated and keep it in a 300mL bottle and takes shots or you can just mix it with your water bottle. I usually do the later.

on your last question, glucose can also be good for hydration due to solute drag. Its kind of a weirdly worded question

Hey guys thanks for taking it, and yes I just realized I for got to change the format on 3.

Either way thanks for doing it and +K

yea. sort of. technically it's salts, as they're what's needed for rehydration. But the salts can't be absorbed through the intestine without glugose (and probably mannose or galactose). so it is salt, but without the sugar the salts are fairly useless.

*latter. thats a good idea though, ive never heard that before. i actually like the taste of gatorade though, i normally only drink it when im not doing any type of exercise haha.

and may i ask why youre conducting this survey? i dont see what these answers could possibly help with

yeah Man I can do that! I can give you guys the real reason for all these questions when I am done as well. overall it is not technically what is good for hydration but, what is more about what people think are a good hydration for certain types of workouts.

Some will be surprised on the results.

Done! Definitely water, however sometimes I have a powerade during soccer practice. Water doesn't cramp you up as easy though, I love it!
