The thing is, the maritimes is such a close knit community, and has different trends than everyone else. Our seasons are short and sad, our hills are small and our parks are about 5 years behind. The purpose of the movie is to showcase that talent that lies in our area, and as well that skiing is really about having fun. If you're not having fun skiing, with your friends, then what are you doing? Guys like Foster are unreal here, and riders like him show that even though we have minimal terrain and coverage, that a lot of talent is hiding in the maritimes. Sure it may be like other amateur films, but it's special to us, because it is us.
