HS Prom Cancelled

My School did this last year sorta.School banned all dirty dancing and were being stupid so Seniors started organizing their own prom and being really open about it so the teachers and stuff could hear and the school ended up taking away a lot of the rules just so people would go to the school's prom..
 
they are joking My school said they were going to cancel our graduation because we had an insane food fight on senior day. No way will they cancel prom parents would flip
 
Im not anti social. I went last year and that was enough for me. It was alright.... but id rather get drunk and go to a cas or something.
 
dude thats whats were doing. I live in Rhode Island and were renting out a venue on the water! I mean mad heads got bagged showing up wasted, so shit will be a banger without faculty + no breathalyzers at the door! haha
 
Our school almost had prom cancelled.
The asians decided they didn't like the prom that was being organized so they decided to have a separate 'Asian Prom' the same night. As a result no one was buying tickets for either. Some higher-ups in the school board found out and there was a shitstorm about racism etc. Best excuse I heard for why they needed a separate prom was from a girl who said 'asian people don't like mountains, there are no mountains in china'. China seems to think Tibet belongs to it and last I checked the Himilayas were some pretty large mountains.As a result we ended up with a prom that nobody really wanted and it was a complete waste of money. Everybody left as soon as they finished eating rather than sticking around to dance. If I'd know ahead of time I would have saved my cash and just hit up pre-prom and after-prom.
 
Seriously... grinding is sooo trashy anyway. You can really only do it to horrible pop music. Blame britney spears and beyonce...
I garuntee you can organize a party that will be just as amazing if not better.
Set up a paypal account for a deposit on a place in the raddest area you can find that doesn't have neighbors. Find the kid with the chillest parents and have them rent it out for a weekend. Include in the deposit the cost of a deep deep clean... probably around $500... Create amazing ipod playlist. bring a lot of sleeping bags. Keep it open to everyone but charge something like $25 a head and any left over money have go to a charity or something. Dont kill anyone. Don't let anyone get any DUI's tell the school you are doing this awesome donation. Then tell them how you got it. School will regret decision as long as no one posts keg stands on their facebooks.
 
Or you could just not pay for prom and throw a banger house party somewhere that is free of rules and regulations and all that bullshit. Proms are good if you want to get with your date from what I understand.
 
*School regulations and rules, mind you. If you want it to be completely free of laws, throw a fucking massive party in the woods or some shit secluded from populated areas. My pops did that in his time. He got like 1,200 people in masses in a corn field somewhere in southeastern michigan back in his day.
 
i dont understand all you ppl saying prom sucks bla bla bla, maybe its cus i went to a relatively small high school where everyone knew each other and shit but it was a great fuckin time yo, prom itself was alright but the after party was fuckin uuunreal, everyone was sauced as fuck, it was jks
 
same..to be honest everyone peaced from prom at like 9 to head to the after party haha

OH and every hockey watcher/fan aka everyone was watching the nhl playoff finals between flyers and hawks after the dinner lol. they had a huge flatscreen in the lobby..sooo sick

but yeah afterparty was the best
 
that sucks i would be bummin. prom is fucking awesome...one of the best nights of the year in my opinion
 
im not going either this year. its on a fucking boat but it was last year also and it sucked dick. hit my head about 10+ times on the fucking speakers and doors
