arriving there Saturday. Pretty excited. I know they just got a storm that dropped a couple feet which is going to turn into rain then sunny throughout the rest of the week. Wondering how the coverage and snow is.

snow = concrete, cause of the rain. Cold temps and sun will turn that heavy snow into ice. the only saving grace is that there is more of a base now than there was on sunday, but the quality of the snow is crap.
 
Had a kick ass time in Whistler this weekend. Super cold on Sat then some fresh for sunday. The only thing that sucked was the waste of the foot and a half they got sunday night. I was thinking pow day on monday but no it had to rain and turn it all to shit. NO matter what you always have a good time in whistler.
 
yeah im going up saturday and sunday too, hopefully it will be nice and not too bad, and hopefully they will have more park stuff
 
shitty, the only thing worth doing right now is hanging out in the park, but i wouldnt take a trip up there, theres still rocks and dirt sticking out, so much of that fresh snow melted the day after
 
what kinda jumps can i look forward to this weekend? i heard the black park is open but you dont need a park pass yet? is this true?
 
Yeah theres some jumps in the black park at the moment, they aint super huge but big enough to have some fun on.
 
so fun. you could throw down some legit tricks off the hut jump. im not sure how big it is, but you're in the air for a while.
 
just got home today, man..i left whistler with 15'' of new :(

the last three days were still epic tho, symphony chair wasn't running so after some traversing and shiz it was really nice near rhapsody bowl and stuff like that, had some balls deep pow :)
 
Fuuuckk dude. just got back, i've been there since sunday. Monday was amazing... peak opened, sunny (ish) skies, peak was amazing. . today was fucking awesome too, not as much new snow but beautiful weather. theres been like a metre or more of snow since saturday. looking real good, friday is suppposed to be good too.
 
Damn, I know Saturday was epic but not sure if all the lifts scheduled to be open that day really opened due to the weather and stuff. Sunday must of been epic.
 
Well, this whole week has been amazing, it's seriously snowed non-stop until today, but there were still flurries...
