Hows the snow at Moonlight/Bridger?

I'm planning on making a trip out there this coming weekend and was wondering how the snow conditions are from people that ski it, other then just looking at the snow reports online....

From what I hear, Bridger isnt that great right now. Pretty much everything is open, but they still don't have the most solid base so once shit gets tracked out its a little sketchy. Moonlight isn't too bad, but keep in mind its on the side of the mtn that never gets sun so its either super great or super shitty. Big Sky is pretty good right now, but some of the south facing shit gets really hard and icy if they haven't had warm weather or snow in a while.

I cant speak for big sky or moonlight, but even though Bridgers coverage isn't so good, its still sick. Slushmans has been great just watch out for a few rock patches.

Yeah the ridge is open, just some sketchy spots due to lack of snow. But yeah like the other guy said, Slushman's has been decent for the amount of snow.

Bridger has been decent as long as you know how to avoid rocks. We have been getting small amount of snow all week which isnt really helping since it is so light. Bring your beacon and ride slushman's. there are some rocks but for the most part it has decent coverage.

It's crazy how only a week ago Bridger's snowpack was only in the 30s. Big Sky had been doing better for snowpack but the lack of new snow was showing on the steeps. Had to back out of Big Sky a few times due to wind scouring and just general lack of interest.

Finally now it seems that a solid base has come to this corner of montana. It may be have been heavy earlier on, but hell I'll take whatever we can get at this point.

Poor Bridger.

moonlight just got completely wrecked by wind. completely. headwaters are unskiable until a storm or two hits (hopefully tonight)
