Hows my color correction?

well.. you made it look like everything was under a flouro light. i dont know what you were trying to accomplish but it didn't look that good, sorry.

Unless you were trying to make it look bad, then you did a bad job. You also compressed it really weird too, might wanna fix that up too.

I actually gave him a comment about his compression, which seemed complete fine to me. Also, i wasnt being sarcastic about saying that he tried to make it look like that, because some people do that. Calm down my friend.

you commented on the compression, but didnt help in any way, or suggest an alternative. saying something is wrong is not constructive. also, it was clear that this guy was trying to colour correct well, not in a pretentious 'its so bad its good' kind of way, so dont try and claim you thought otherwise. you of all people should be helping, as this is your field of expertise, next time think a little more about what you say, rather than being so malicious.
the reason i pick you up on it, is because i see it quite often. you often make disparaging remarks that are completely useless. i dont need calming down, but i just think that you should be more considerate, more often.

also, i'd like to note that the people are not naturally green, so you didn't do a good job of color correction.

looks terrible looks like you boosted the shit out of your greens...
or just boosted the shit out of the contrast

Color Correction is to get everything to look correct.. this looks like a leprauchaun busted a nut on your lense

is your monitor overly red or magenta, leading to an oddly colored image? I'm only asking because it's unlikely that all of our monitors are too green.

What may look normal on his screen may not look normal on ours. Don't know if this is what happened, but it could.

okay so i used the same song and color corrected my footage. this is an older edit and i used the song so i decided to post. sorry for randomness. oh yeah your correction is way off.

instead of doing the color correction on the comp after you shoot, you should try to white balance before you shoot. i dont know what camera your using, but a quick google search or look through the manual should help you out there.
