How'd you learn to do stuff on a tramp

so i see a lot of kids that can do like dub cork 10's and double mistys and shit like that and i was just wondering how did YOU learn to do stuff like that self taught? buddy? ski club?

(on trampolines of course)

It is literally like anything else you can possibly do- the more you do it, the more you get better at it.

I learned by myself by just watching how tricks were thrown and figuring them out. You have to go out of your comfort zone to learn new tricks. It takes time.

In my country you aren't allowed to do inversions on trampolines without certification. I had to go to a circus training camp in order to get it. It was pretty cool though. A 5 day program and we got to do other stuff besides the tramp. I'm not very good at it but I got to fuck around on the tight rope and trapeze(there was a net below obviously)

Idk pretty cool though. Not sure what the regulations are in your country or if there are any circus camps near you. If there are DO IT! They are so much fun.

My parents were a little worried about it but it's a legit operation with a great safety record and it was so cool!

Great tricks are better learned on a ski club. Though it could possibly be learned alone through online searching or with a buddy with same interest but nothing can be safer joining on a ski club or enroll on a ski lesson. Instructors know better than you do and they have experience more than you know.

You see somebody do it -> you imitate it -> you most likely fail -> you try again -> repeat x10 -> you land it. Simple as that, go bounce my man.

I started off at 6 years old hucking frontflips. I couldn't do anything else except that until i turned 13 and switched from snowboarding to skiing.

that summer, i just tramped daily with all my friends of varying skill levels. we would all push each other as hard as we could and we would all help each other progress in different ways. i can do a good amount of tricks now and have one consistent dub under the belt.

I just watched videos online. I've literally been tramping for not even a year and I can do most single inversions /claim

The toughest part is getting over your fear of stuff (especially backflips), and for me actually finding a place to use a trampoline was hard too (busy schedule, busy friends, busy gyms, busy busy busy)

I can double front but I haven't really tried and others. I've mostly been to sky highs and skyzones and they don't allow doubles on the court.

Its progressing and commitment. If you can do a backflip most other things should not be quite as a hard because you have already started to learn how to commit. And for sure your going to fail, all the time.
