How young is too young?

my best friend is in second year university and is dating a chick in grade 11. they have almost been together for 2 years now. started when he was in 12 and she was in 9 and we gave him soooooo much heat. but now everybody is chill because we realized its not worth making a deal over if they are happy. for a few days every year he is 4 years older then her but by the time she is 20 and hes 24 that will be normal.

He's seriously 19 dating a 13 year old? Not only is that illegal, but a 13 year old doesn't even have boobs yet... What's the appeal in that?

Honestly, the difference between a 14 year old and a 13 year old is huge... Shit, the difference between a girl at the end of grade 8 and the same girl at the beginning of grade 9 is huge... I remember going into grade 9 and going "Wait what the fuck happened to all these girls?" So really as a 16 year old youngest I'd go is 14, and that's only if it was really worth it...
 
dude.. i was in the same situation last year.. this on girl i met on a vacation was a freakin babe.. 14 years old and i was 18.. hooked up and thats about it.. but its not really illegal unless you have sex.
 
Meh. When I was 15 and a Sophomore I was dating a Senior that had just turned 18. We weren't having sex though...
I think as long as you are both in highschool, it isn't a big deal. Just dont screw her till it's legal and don't try to do anything even if it is legal cause she may not be ready.

If for any reason it gets serious.. and you go to college and she still has 2 years of highschool left.. that will probably be really weird for you.
 
i think if you feel like you have to ask if shes too young, then shes probably too young

This is virtually unacceptable at my school. There was one exception last year with this one chick who is super hot and does not look 14. But overall, it's very frowned upon. Junior-freshman and senior-sophomore relationships are almost always frowned upon as well. As a junior, I would never date a freshman.

Everything I stated above is dealing only with dating. With hooking up it typically doesn't matter.
