So hows evry one doing with no snow still?? im going crazy, when i walk to schooll i go past a hockey rink so i take snow from there to help me get thro this crapy time of year

i was in colorado this summer and i hiked this mountain and there was maybe thirty square feet of brown snow at the top. i threw a snowball and almost orgasmed when i touched it.

eastcoasters, dont wine. you got some nice shit over there. the inferno terrain park? yeah, just keep on the happy faces and do what you have to do.

go ski wisconsin or something, then realise how good you have it.

 
why does everyone blow their load over mt. snow's park? it's not that great. it's got a bunch of good tables yes, but it don't got much rails, there's no sound system, the competitions (although big) are ghetto (no inverts my ass), and tickets are too much if you can't get on the hill for free.

mt snows park blows. It really does... try Waterville Valley's (home of the national snowboard championships) or sunday river (3 or 4 parks now). Those are sick parks (for the east coast). But really, Mt Snows sucks, there's a reason the X-Games left.

me and my friends that I ride with climed a local mountain and found a pile of snow about 100x80. when we saw it we ran full speed for it and just laid in it. when I first touched it I almost cried.

I love Colorado. St. Mary's glacier is always good for the desperate. Lots of hiking though. I guess Silverton is supposed to open Oct. 17th but I have no idea where the hell that is. It snowed a lot in the mountains last week, but everyone already knows that. All the major resorts are hoping for early November. I can't wait.

I'll be in fernie in around 30 days, so i'm not worried. It's supposed to snow there today, and last season guys were skiing 6 ft of untouched snow on october 26th. I'm just killing time by working 60 hours a week.

there are a few real nice parks on the east coast, inferno not being one of them. sunday river deffinately has the nicest park around though. and about the snow...it sucks bro. its not that bad with the mountains, cause i should be skiing before december, but the urban jib sessions man...its all about the jib sessions!

 
Ya know what i think. I say screw all u eastcoast skiiers that complain about not having snow and not having good parks and it bein icey and all that other shit. You come to Indiana For one day and u will be crying to go back east and ski. You say it has good tables but no rails so therefore it sucks. Indiana=1 shitty table 1 rail. haha yeah wisconin would suck i actually like Loons park...when its not icy...yeah 3 times a year its pretty nice but if i didnt go to whistler this summer i wouldnt be able to take it right now....i pretty much hold my scratches and wait for Happy Dayz to come

Well my local mountain (well..local as in 4 hours drive away) still has a 3 meters base and the forecast is for more snow over the next 2 days.

Pity I can't afford to go...

what mountain is that? I'm dumb and can't tell. And i've dealt with the lack of snow by living on NS, watching ski vids and talking about skiing so much my sister thinks i have a serious problem and told my parents that I need to find something else. lol

The fucking east coast is ball sack, at least in NJ, we got like 9 inches of snow and that melted too, hopefully ths year we ll actually get some snow or i ll be pissed
