I had a guy friend that did some porn. Had... he's dead. It's up for debate if it was by choice.

He was huge. He never did gay porn. He basically responded to some ads on craigslist in the San Fernando Valley (capital of porn, California) till someone was interested.

He didn't make much money and ended up working retail and investing all his money into his gun collection.

5.5 is too small man. Jizzing on command is great but you need a cartoonishly large dick as well. There are male porn stars who do only straight porn, but you make a lot less than gay porn, and many "straight" guys will do both.

Porn's not as easy to get into as many people think. 5.5? Nah they'll laugh in your face. But, there's completely different levels of porn. You have to no name production companies that only post vids on pornhub and other shitty freesite, and then you have brazzers, realitykings, mofos, etc. I'm sure you'd do fine making 20k a year for a no name porn company that only 14 year olds watch on their ipod's and iphone's on the hub.

-almost everyone in the industry has had or currently has an STD

-you learn to hate sex

-you have to do butt stuff to be successful

-you're at the mercy of the director during the shoots

-terrible pay

-unreliable work

-you'll be forced to take boner pills, and lots of them since you can build a tolerance to those things

-lastly, you'll forever be known as "the guy who does porn"
