How wide are the brakes on these bindings?

I believe all Look/Rossi WIDE brakes are the same-100mm. I put mine on a 80mm waist, pulled in the sides so they didnt drag, and viola! They work fine!
 
They make different sizes, if I had to guess I'd say it's the standard wide brake, and I think that one is 105mm. Definitely not sure on that though.
 
I think you would be ok with a regular brake on an 83. You have to be careful about going too wide (105 on an 83) With extra width it is more likely you will rip out the brake on a switch fall
 
And you have mad overhang/drag when carving. Just get the regular ones, I think they are like 80...and you can bend them out a tiny bit without a full straighten and bend if you need to.
 
I'm pretty sure you won't have to make a new bend. Your shop may have to pull them out just a tad but its not a big deal. I have unbended fks (78 width) on 84 width skis. Bigger just makes them brake soo much easier
