How was your season?

pretty good, skied 76 days so far, still got a few left. Hurt my ankle and my shoulder but no broken bones. Also progressed a shit ton

Ik this is a "claim" but it's my first season on skis and it was awesome, I didn't get seriously hurt just small hematoma on my hip that went away after awhile. I learned 270s out both way front swaps switch on, surface 3s and 5s some grabs, 1s 3s and 5s and backflips and switch 1s, I'm hoping to learn a front 4 out a switch 3 amand a frontflip before this weekend is over, I'm not sure how it'll go but I'll have fun. I also went to whistler which I had a lot of fun at.

Fuck it i quit.

My season was pretty outrageous, it's probably over now, but I have skied pretty much non stop since November, started in Switzerland for 6 weeks, Niseko for a month, Aspen and Big Sky for 2 weeks, back to Niseko for February, Spain, France and Switzerland in March, and just back from from Iceland. All round it was sick. Progression in the park was low as I only got in there for 2 days, but I trained a bunch of GS and competed in FWQ and Skiercross.

Had a few jib sessions and skied the resort on opening day. First time i've skied less then 5 days since I was 2.. Extremely depressing but that's the way she goes i guess.

So jealous, I wish I got to ski around the world.

Amazing. Still got almost a month left. May also be a "claim" but it's my second season, first doing park, and I learned right 3s, nosebutter 3/5, cork 7s, backflips, cork 9s, misty 5s, clean 540s, switch 3s/5s, and also got a bunch of grabs down. On rails i got both 270s out, kfeds, front swaps, front surface, and im working on 2 ons. anyways super stoked on this season and most of it is thanks to my coaches. Before the season ends i want to clean up my cork 3s and throw some rodeos and frontflips. super sad to see it almost come to an end.

sounds like you had a epic season. if you don't mind me asking how did you manage to afford all the traveling, lift passes etc? any tips?

My season was okay wasn't enough snow to make it great but i still progressed and i didn't get injured. i also went on a road trip to revy, whistler and kicking horse which was great so i can't really ask for much more

My job is ski instructing, so a lot of the trips were for work, and the other trips were paid for by the money I earnt teaching.

Ya im about same as you. Some is clam but some is on video. This is my first year of park and I got fs and bs 270s off, K feds, surface swaps,450s off fs, 270s on to small rails, unatural 270 off both ways, lip on blind truuuus 1s,3s,5s front flips, misty 5s, Im still working on back flips and other inverts but this was a great season. Sad its over, yesterday was my last day till hood.I feel like im skiping the fundamentals like I should work on switch and style more, most of my tricks look like im gonna die when I do flips especially.

Season ended on Saturday. I had a strong jump game all season long, but I also had an embarrassing rail game so I'll be working on that all summer long.

This is my first year skiing not just park. I snowboarder before but the best thing I could do was a 3 so a lot is new

Good season overall skied in St.Anton Austria January for pow, cliff drops gunning piste jibbing off everything then just came back from spring park sess in Italy met some of the Italian park rats cruised with them learnt a bunch of new tricks drank loads of beer. Progress won't stop through summer got indoor park sessions every week but the snow is like sand and bad landings will cost a rib.
