How to's

I'm new to the forum and new to the sport. One thing I figured out really quick was to use the search bar to not get seriously flamed before I post something, but it's really hard because there's so much bullshit in some of the threads and so many of them that you get more than 50.

Any way to get the good how to's into a separate forum or category? I know they can't all be stickies, but it would sure making finding out how to do basic tricks and finding out about gear a lot easier. (Like how many times to we have to hear Look PX12 is the recommended binding and you can bend the brakes a little???)
 
I think that wouldn't work because a lot of the things people ask can only be answered with opinions. If you have a question, just try the search bar first and if it doesn't come up with a result, go ahead and post a thread. If somebody flames you for it just ignore them because you tried and couldn't find the information you wanted. The problem lies in the people answering the questions, not the people asking them.
 
^ ya and plus the shit talking has gone way down. it sux tho cuz i think my old pro got banned for an old shittalk battle. so ya you probably wont get flamed much anymore so feel free to post watever you want
 
i think there was a whole thing in production to do videos for trick tips I dunno what happened to it though.
