How hard is it sliding a tube, like an old lift tower jib, or snowmaking line tube? I only ask because I've seen them everywhere lately, and I only hear how fun they are, but have never actually done one, because I'm just unsure.

Thoughts?

After I dislocated/broke my shoulder, and shoulder blade two years ago, and then stress-fractured a vertebrae last year, I've been so much more cautious of what I hit, etc. It's a state of mind thing lol.

you nailed it. it's all mental. as long as you can hit a rail without much thought you should be able to handle most features

honestly i can't picture exactly how you'd be hitting it but size it up and go. tubes in general are pretty easy imo
