How to turn SketchUp drawings into Jibberish levels?

My amigo jeffamantea recently informed me that there is a program that converts the drawings on Google SketchUp to .b3d files which can be used as levels. Does anyone know if such a program exists and if so, where I can download it?

I heard it's really complicated, because there may be errors and stuff. I think it's 3ds Max, but I'm not sure.
