How to Support Level 1

If they lose it will be tragic. However, they have the WHOLE ski industry backing them, therefore I am positive sponsors and everyone will contribute if they lose. But Level 1 is looking pretty good good as of now. Considering they have once again the WHOLE industry backing them. WME may have lawyers, but if WME wins, they will lose in the long run, I am sure of that. Winners aren't always winners in the end. Winners can be losers too.
 
i honestly believe if L1P loses they will be shut down. it sucks, but an independent can't keep themselves alive after losing a major lawsuit, no matter how successful they have been previously
 
yeah i'm gonna be watchin Refresh at Freshtival here, ticket prices are low but i'm still supporting Level 1. i would donate more but i have a budget of my own haha.

Its unfortunate, but WME may very well win this one. Its all dependent on the wording of their contract with warren miller and his voice.
 
i was gonna order refresh once it wasnt preorder, but i decided to do it now to support them. also bought a couple dicut packs

refresh was such a sick movie.

WME can suck my balls...they are quite stupid for suing; refresh was a good way to pull everything together, i mean i forgot about WME's movies until I saw refresh at IF3.
 
level 1 will win the case. you have to look on the positive side of things. plus the judge has already ruled in favor of l1p twice. once about the premiere and second about the short notice. things are looking good.
 
I really hope Level 1 comes out on top and regardless of the outcome. I will never buy a WME product, haven't yet, and now I never plan on buying one.

After reading freeskier's "in depth" report on it and seeing warren him self is "attempting to inject himself as a third party", i can see a lot more light at the end of this tunnel.
