How to spin off a box or rail

searchbar wil help you.... but easiest way to spin off is to grip the rail. If your skis are flat you cant grip/ push off anythin to start your spin. if you dip your toe or heel, you can push off the side of the rail which will help you start the spin. if you slide right foot forward, dippin your right heel and/or left toe will make you spin front side, if you dip your right toe and/or left heel and push off you spin blindside

generally, a helpful tip is take your leading foot and angle it (pretzel) to which side of the rail you want to spin. same as above, just worded differently, hope that helps

Also it helps to aim your upper body in which direction you hope to spin. By this, I mean if you want to spin donhill, face your hips, shoulders and head down the hill. Because theres very little friction between your skis and the rail, any upper/lower body separation you have on the rail will lead your skis in the direction your upper body is going.

Sounds kinda confusing in the way I've worded it, but basically get your upper body spinning in the direction you wanna go before your skis start spinning.
