How to put on boots

Alright I searched and didn't find anything, so I was wondering...
What is the proper way to put on a ski boot? I have heard you are supposed to latch them down a certain way, but I don't know how to do this. I want to know, well, so I can be comfy when skiing. For reference I have some Salomon SPK Kaos boots (double buckle latch system)
Thank you to all, good answers get Karma

i also have spk's, but looking to get new boots, cant stand them....anyways i take the boot, unlatch it all, slip my foot in, make sure teh tongue is in the correct place and not overlapping anything, pull the pullstring nice and tight, slide the black locking piece down, and then buckle the bottom buckle, and the buckle the top buckle. If it feels loose, micro adjust the buckles to fit to ur liking, but always make sure the tongue isnt in any bad places causing any pressure points. hope that helped

Ive also heard that after you buckle down your buckles to flex the boot a few times to get your heel into the heel pocket, and the boot will be a little looser and then adjust for the room with micro adjust.
i always go toe buckle first then up.

Put your boots on with the latches at one notch looser than normal. Walk to the lift, clip in, and ride up the lift. Then, once at the top, tighten up your boots. And ski.

slip your foot in

kick your heal down

latch the lower top buckle

latch the top buckle

latch the two bottom buckles, you should be able to latch them down with one finger (i just learned this). This allows blood to flow in your foot, if the boot fits correctly, you wont need to latch these buckles down really tight

this is true, after you do the top 2, flex the boot forward and get your heal pulled back then do the bottom 2. 1 finger pressure to open and close the bottom buckles is key.
