When i do i Always Land racecar almost shoving my Binding up my ass. doesnt Matter If i do it flat or down stuff.

Any advice?

Thanks

I had this problem for a long time and realized I was in too much of a crouched position in the beginning. What I started doing was trying to stand up as straight as I can before leaning forwards. And also using you legs to flex your skis more than your upper body leaning forward. Don’t know if that makes sense but it helped me!

pretty much agree with this.

OP it sounds like you are really throwing yourself over your tips to get that flex going. That is probably what is making you come around back seat.

I try to think about buttering on the front 1/3 of the skis, as opposed to going all the way on to my tips. Eventually you will start flexing your skis harder and harder. I may not look like The Bunch, but hey its fun so who cares haha

Pop and stay primarily straight

then when your past 90 put the noses down engage core flex those hamstrings like you wanna pull your heels up or do a leg curl and ride it til your ready to pop and continue the spin

Thanks i'll try those Tips!

Do you jump Up before or do you get the Pop Out of the Skis by leaning?

I'll push you to learn actual butters vs ski ballet/peanut butter. More delorme/pollard/snowboard style vs the bunch.

See 1:16 here. Pop, 180, press, pop, 180. Start with edges of cat tracks. Make sure you de-tune the first 8" or so of your tips and tails.

Dope song and love butters that was nice

Like to learn them both but im mainly talking hardpack/slush

Got it. I only ask because you can get away with not really popping it on hardpack (more or a peanut butter) whereas in pow you really have to pop and press.

I used to have the same issue with landing backseat - one thing that helped me was to focus on not just hucking my weight out over the tips when pressing, but lifting my heels a little bit as well (almost using my hamstrings to pull the tails up once I felt the noses start to load) for a bit more control. Hope that helps!
