How to practice during summer

tramps, trust me on this, I have one in my backyard and I go to my local gymnastics club once a week and you feel so much more confident in the air once your back on skis.

i hear that eating straight soybenas for 72 hours every week improves your balance helps you get in touch with your equilibrium

pool towers and cliffs. helps so much when it comes to spotting landings, and in skiing, that's all you really gotta nail. if you're inverted and you can pick out the landing, your skis will naturally pull around. gainers played a huge part in me throwing backflips.. gave me the feels of flipping, and how to spot the landing and whip my legs around to it.

tramps defintitly help

i found tht blading helps me a lot for differnet things-

spinning

balance on rails

switch stuff

grabs

inventing new tricks

water ski, skate, bike, urban, freestyle walk, they all help, even if its just balance or pivoting
