Does anybody know how to connect my xbox to my laptop so I can play it? I cant really find much on google, and I dont have a TV so I would love to be able to play
Granite_state uses his xbox through his laptop screen, and even pulls his xbox live straight through the wifi on his computer. he bought a cable online that hooks it all up.
Unless your laptop has a hdmi input on it, then sadly you can't unless you could find some usb video input or some pci card if your laptop supports it.
Pretty sure u need special equipment to do it. Its gonna cost too. I'd suggest getting a cheap 24" or 21" monitor with hdmi input. Use it for Xbox or even a secondary display with ur laptop
What you're trying to do is just pass the video to the laptop screen, and not use the laptop, right? If so, well, you're kinda boned cause i dont think any laptops have video in.
that's not true because the laptop wouldent have to process the Xbox graphics its like plugging it into the tv it only uses the screen or just like plugging you laptop into a tv it just uses the screen ive ran my xbox thru my laptop a few times on really long road trips
So I'm assuming you have an ungodly overpriced Alienware laptop that has an HDMI Input on it? Because that's the only way you can do it. I'm not buying it.
what you need to do is get a thing that they use to record xbox's on laptops I think its like a caprute card or something. I searched it up for PS3 and I would assume its pretty much the same for Xbox 360.
