How to paint skis

i have the sandpaper, fine and coarse, and white primer, how much do i sand off the top layer.

i have a pair i painted beggining of last season, they get BEAT, and still look dope.

preferably, get the binders off. sand the topsheets, get red of any big nicks or shit that are gonna fuck up your paint job. then finish it up with the finer stuff. again, you dont need anything too coarse, but you want a lil texture for the paint to stick to. hit it with a coat or two of primer. then go at it with good paint, auto quality usually works good. the most important part is the clear. tons of that shit, in nice, even, thin layers. take your time, they will look sweet!

Would be a good idea to sand between coats of primer just to smooth out any flaws.

yo use grey primer. it works better

i plan on painting them light blue, n then making red white and green stripes across the tails. n putting a big stencil ocross both tips
