your killing me ns... leave some comments on these(even if they'r just to say that you think they suck) helps me w/ designing new ones. also i would love to get ideas from you guys. if some1 could find or hook me up w/ a royal blue bandana i would def do that.

have you brought any of the cloth covered c-barz to the mountain and if so do they holod up? I'm working on bandanna one right now.

Hey, so I ended up having to buy a pair of crowbars because I forgot my goggles one day. I got crowbars because I thought they'd sell for close to retail on eBay and I could make most of my money back, but it looks like I'd lose a lot this time of year. I wore them for just a few hours, so they are pretty much brand new. Just as much wearing you'd get from people trying them on in a store.

So I figured since I have paint knowledge and crap, I could offer to sell them custom painted any way you want. If not I'll just sell them normally, but if anyone is interested, throw me some offers and we'll see. Then you could just make some design in paint or photoshop and I could make it for you. They are all brown frames with gold iridium lenses.

1) what type of paint would you use b/c im still looking?

2)what crowbars are they?(lens, frame color, outriggers, strap?)

and idc that he thread jacked, he's just trying to make back some money that he lost while still providing a service for one of you guys... i would however recomend making a thread about these in buy/sell/trade.

O yeah, I haven't been on here too much recently and forgot they did the buy/sell and tech talk thing. I'm just not used to it yet. I was in whistler and bored so I made that post, I wasn't really thinking. I figured this thread was just a huge thread for anything goggle-painting related. Didn't realize it was more of just your thread, my bad.

But anyway, they are the complete brown ones with the brown strap and gold O with black iridium lenses. Now that I am home I can experiment with different paints and applications on some old goggles I have lying around. I'm not planning on doing this a lot or anything, just bored and want to do this one-time project cuz it seems fun.

Well, everyone who I was going with ended up bailing out, so I was with my brother and dad. Then I'm only 18 with no fake. So...after 4:00, theres not much to do. Haha

those are sooo sick but wen u click on it and zoom in u can tell it is very bad quality. no offense

no, your right. the electric tape didnt stick very well to the athletic tape... and these were siting around for like 4-5 days before i took pics b/c iv been so busy. it would look crazy sick if it was like paint or dye though.

Ok so i was messing around w/ the strap im going to tie dye later. and i discovered something ubelievibly awsome for all of those who have access to 2 or more c bar straps.

No i did not have to unsew or rip out anything

No this does not harm or stretch your crowbar straps in any way

Yes it is extremly easy and any1 past the 3rd grade could figure it out how to do it.

Yes you can put them back to original way.

Here's the tie dyed crowbar strap.

kind of a bad job but definitly better then plain white that every1 has. will probably add pink/red into it later to make it better lookin.

on some goggles

These however are not denim

i made these when the red tie dye was still soaking into the strap and it matched perfectly but then when i washed out the strap all of the red dye came out =( oh well, you can see a little bit of it on the strap between the O and the outrigger if you look closely its a vertical stripe of pink.

^^ those are dopeee! is there any way to have you make me some like blue outriggers kuz i think that'd look sick with my brown stretch crowbars with the blue iridium lens

well, i only do this on one frame so i do take off the tape or fabric that i put on them but i keep the tape that i doesnt rip when i tear it off, i'll take a pic of it and what iv done semi permanently to the frame and to some outriggers when i get my camera back tonight. i dont like the design on the c-bars now but its not tape or fabric or paint so idk, i'll def have to change it i just dont know when or how.

no, but that would be a sweet idea, i'll have to try it this weekend if i have the time, going to take pics of all the new stuff now they'll be up soon. if you click on the pic its a close up and you can tell its athletic tape and diff colored sharpies but yeah frame is by hand.

is the fail post w/ the tie dyed goggles quoted b/c you think i failed at tie dying the strap?

and here's the new stuff thats acrewed while i havn't had my camera.
