How to not get injured this season

this year is gonna be a big one for me, but it could get really bad if I break my knee again. how do I make sure I don’t get hurt but still muck around on snow

Try and ease into the season the first few times you go to your resort and once you get comfortable you can start mucking around more.
 
Probably training in the off season to get muscle in order to stabilise your knee. If thats not possible anymore i would just take it slowly

Spin bike, squats, wall sits, deadlifts. Ease into the season and get your legs as strong as possible so you can absorb multi directional impacts with your muscles and not your joints
 
I been running a lot and working out as much as I can also rowing now that we’re off the water I can get way harder workouts too
