How to mount a gopro for whitewater rafting?

Sooo stoked! going white water rafting down the cheat canyon river in west virginia this sunday! They give us helmets and wetsuits and i was wondering if anyone had any idea how i could use my gopro for it? Could i wear the head strap underneath the helmet that they gave me?

Stick the mount on your cheek.

Use the chest mount of helmet mount if they let you, do not use the headband mount for this reason
