How to make leather shrink?

Does anyone know how I could make leather soccer cleats shrink without ruining them? I bought them 2 days ago and have played twice and they've already stretched a bit. They are kang leather I think because they are very soft.
 
return them and buy new ones, if they dont fit they never will. leather may shrink for a little while but it will just stretch out again
 
Well from what I've learned from OJ, just leave them out overnight on a cool summers day and they'll shrink so much you can't even fit your foot in them.

But really, buy some new ones. If you bought them at a specialty boutique then just try to make a deal with the owner. Or just ruin them on some concrete and warranty them.
