How to make a cool link?

some people have the links where its like "slink here" or whatever, and then it takes you to a link. how do you make those? like instead of having, for example www.newschoolers.com, how would you make a link to that, but it just says for example "click here"?

yea it doesnt work anymore you used to be able to put it between the < a > tag
