How to get rid of....

Anyone know how to get rid of cig smell off of your outerwear without killing your waterproofing?

I put them through the wash and most of the smell is gone but there is still a trace there.  Will febreeze/lysol ruin the waterproofing?

You should NEVER dry clean outerwear....NEVER.....I would say put it in the dryer with a dryer sheet. Dryer is the best place to give your DWR (thats the waterproof coating) a quick little tuneup. So you are killing 2 birds with one stone.
