How to get rid of a child block on my computer

ok so my mom put this block on my computer where i can basically only look at newschoolers which is good, but i want other sits, how do you get rid of it?
 
next time ur mah leaves the computer with out signing out of her account go in a create a new account...and then put a password on it

my friend once got rid of mine, I don't know how he did it hes really really good at computers.
 
Hahhaaaa I'm 15 and I run this computer. I know all the passwords, cause I godamn created them. I, yes, I monitor my parents, they dont monitor me. Lol, imagine approaching your parents, "Dad, I've looked at your account log of the websites you've visited and I've decided you cant use the computer for a week, now go to your room." I probably sound like an asshole right now but at least I can spell and use propper grammar.

If you "run this computer" how come they blocked you? huh? if you made the passwords, you should know them
