How to get over the fear of eating shit!!

If you eat shit once you'll realise it's not that bad and you've over hyped it. Sort of like getting hit in the face in a fight.
 
just think to yourself "how will i get good if i don't sack up and do [insert trick here]". if skiing means a lot to you, you'll realise that the only way forward is by trying shit. also concentrate on how you will do the trick, rather than pondering whether you'll actually do it or not.
 
I find that I can get myself to try stuff the best if I numb my mind and just drop in without thinking about it. After that you usually realize the trick isn't as bad as you thought and eating shit doesn't hurt too badly. Confidently sending a trick that you're terrified of is the best feeling ever.
