In the beginning of the last year i tore my acl from switch 5

And before my injury i wasnt scared of anything with my skis on but now im scared of anything related to jumps.

weird thing is that im not scared of rails. Like i can do different 2 on and off, switch ups and such(no claim) but im pooping my pants to try 3 from small boxes???

how to get rid of my "trauma"

Time brother. Start small and work your way up. I've had to come back from a couple of serious injuries. And it is mental...baby steps. You need to get a little out of your comfort zone until it becomes your comfort zone. Then move a little more. Dont get down on yourself just try to progress A LITTLE AT A TIME
stay positive and good luck

just stay chill dude, dont get all messed up when you see a jump. you probably should do more rehab too, so that you dont feel weird with your injury

Visualize your self stomping the trick over and over and over again in your mind. you will probably have to start off a small jump and work your way back up, so that you can get your confidence level up. Treat it like you are learning a new trick. Good luck!

Start small with 180's on tiny jumps, 3's after but just take your time. Hike up the jump you really dig at your mountain so you feel comfortable with 1 jump. I think once you become comfortable with one jump after hitting it a few times you feel like you can do anything off it

hey man i know what you mean the same thing happen'd to me when i broke my jawi thought ill be fine i don't really care ill be in to jumps straight away then was pretty etched but you just got to remember you used to do this stuff before and wouldn't think twice bout doing it then start out like you were learning but alot faster as in start small with 1s of little bumps and jumps then do 3s of little side booters and start just hitting jumps straight and then once your confident spinning again start spinning of the jumps and work your way upworked for me at least now im all good even when i basically reenacted the crash which broke my jaw with out the breaking the jaw i was alright for the next run to try againas some one said above its all mental soon as u break the first barrier they all fall

Yeah it's all in your head. I tore my ACL, both meniscus, and broke my tibia and my femer, so I know what it's like to come back from a knee injury. For me tearing my ACL was a huge learning experience and once I got over the scary part coming right back I started to think about how I could avoid hurting my knee again, while still doing the same tricks I've always done (and new ones!) I guess I'm trying to say in the end it made me a much smarter skier. As soon as I started landing all my old tricks, my confidence followed. So don't think about negative things. Think about how you're NOT going to hurt your knee again rather than how you COULD. Stay positive, stay confident, stay smart. that's my moto this year.
