How to get new rossi's on warrentee

how extensive do scratchs have to be broken, if anybody has gotten sent a new pair on warrentee, can you tell me how you broke em, ligitimtly or 'accidently' and how bad. thanks a lot

if its any help i ski rossi bandits and i was able to return a pair for simply having some mostly cosmetic cracks in the surface near the tips. plus i had bought the previous seasons model so it was cheaper and since they were new they still had the warranty, they sent me the brand new bandits, so i got upped two model years!

My friend just got a new pair after only having them for about a month. He severely bent both the edges when he hit the support getting on to a trapezoid rail, the ski area took care of it since it was a mess up in the way the rail was set up. So, otherwise, he might not have gotten a new pair.

i was wondering about that too. the top sheet of my scratches are pretty well torn up just from crashes and such. would be nice to send them back near the end of the season and get new ones.

only really 10 full days on em and they're looking like hammered shit

ah well maybe I can get new ones at the end of the season.
