How to get fit while skiing

If your park has a t-bar(or whatever) lift don't sit on it, hold it instead every time u go uphill.

Make sure to drink huge proteinshakes during breakes.

If you got a chairlift... Well, even better.

no i will not do this no matter how buff it makes me because u look like a huge gaper when u do that man dont do that

you have to do t bar tricks, not flats or that shit just put it in between your legs and 180 on it like a striper pole

I have heard that this sport called skiing is very good for your body when it comes to exercise. I've done it a few times.
 
It's all about hanging from the lift and doing pullups on the way up. You also have to jump before the end of the lift to work out them leg muscles.

Don't forget to do squats the entire time on the way back down either for maximum gains.
