I will never buy anything from orage for this reason precisely.
Last year I was trying to buy a jacket from them (Cunnngham Jacket I believe, the yellow one in LSS). I tried probably a total of 20 times to BUY this jacket from them. I did not want a discount, I did not want anything special. In fact I wanted to pay FULL price for a jacket which was at that point considered nearly last years. I was told that they had two in stock in my size, I even went through EVO and did a special order for a jacket, but sadly after 2+ months of being put off, I was told by Orage that there was nothing I could do to get the jacket, even though they still had two of the XLs in stock.
I am not sure what is up with them, but it made no sense to me that they would not want to make a profit on me by selling me a jacket that otherwise would remain unsold. It is because of this absolutely preposterous circumstance that I will probably never again buy from Orage... The jacket looked sick, but if it was that impossible for me to actually buy the thing, I cannot imagine how hard it would have been to get any customer service once they had nothing to gain.
I still welcome any reply or explanation from Orage, any of their reps, or anyone that could possibly understand why a prospective customer would have been treated so poorly.
