Another way to gain mass not yet mentioned is to take a carbo loading supp such as waxy maze starches twice a day. It's a great way to add volume to your size by increasing your glycogen levels. I think the carbs are like 90% soluable but am on phone... But there are supp's strictly for carbo loading which many people are scared of cause getting fat.^ ^^to above, I said my bad

Big breakfast w/ protein and carbs

Big lunch with protein and vegetables

Big dinner with protein vegetables and carbs

Carb load. Drink lots of water (more than you think). Stick to whole grains. Have a gram of protein for every pound you weight. (i.e.: I weight 215 pounds so if I want to maintain or gain more weight I should have 215 grams of protein a day). Work out, especially large muscle groups like chest, back, legs. Save the bicep curls for spring break.
 
that is 500 dollars worth of bullshit. first of all you are going to go catabolic at night unless you wake up at about 2 in the morning and eat
 
So your complaint is that there is too much info, and vague with dosages because they realize people's bodies respond directly.

Supplements are not regulated as they are essentially nutraceuticals - basically stuff you get from food but extracted for higher potency.
 
The information there is not specific to dosage, but rather gives the chemical properties and its affects on the body. But they are generalizing the bodies which is IMO dumb.

And not all supplements have nutraceuticals that are beneficial in large quantities over the period of time
 
Squats, Heavy weights, Deadlift. Basicly hardwork out. (Push ups won't get you far)

Weightgainer + a healthy meal combination. (Chicken/fish). Get atleast 3200 Calories a day.

Those are the pretty basic tips.
 
I didn't read any replies because I'm lazy but the thing I did to gain weight in high school was to have four meals a day and before each meal drink a meal in a can shake and lift a ton.
 
450 mg of testosterone cypionate per week with a side of letrozole will slap them pounds on in all the right places in no time flat!

and i love me some whole milk. I am pretty damn close to a half gallon a day. grosses my girl out, but I love the shit.
 
If you're talking about Jack3d I think they just released Jack3d Micro which is the same product minus the DMAA. Personally, I'm not all that worried about the DMAA. The reason it caught so much flack is some dudes in the military took something like 4 scoops and did intense workouts, causing their hearts to give out. I've never felt any adverse effects on it myself.

And to the OP, just jump on the GOMAD plan and drink a gallon of whole milk a day. That shit will put some mass on real quick.
 
i enjoy this threads, and i would not be surprised at all if caligrown is 5.3%, i got my measured in our ex. phys lab in the hydrostatic weighing tank and i was 4.2%
