How to find people just by their Name?

Any service that anyone knows of, the guy I'm looking for is in Indonesia, he's a US citizen.

Also, I'm looking for another person in the US, in WA state

If anyone can help me Ill be insanely grateful, this is really important that I find these people.

I don't think they have facebook, it's 2 middle aged adults, 1 of which (Indonesia) is trying not to be found. I just need any ideas I'm asking on here hoping that if there's any chance somebody can help me I'll jump at the chance. Super important stuff that is affecting my whole family.
 
I'll post a back story later, it's long and I'm real busy with school and stuff right now.

Found one person, the easy one (aka not the one in Indonesia). Even got a phone number. Nice

I think the guy in Indonesia is gonna be a pain, I just wish I could find a way to see his flights and stuff that he's bought.

Looooooong story short: Bad renters, fucked up our house with thousands in damages, they owe well over over 10G to us. The guy in Indonesia has calculated this all out and is trying to not be caught. My mom and him had a court date today and of course, he wasn't there, and we've been told by multiple reliable people that he has indeed fled the country. It's really fucked up, even more so cause times are tough right now economically.

haha my norwegian roommates did this to me 2 years ago.
The guy kept coming after me. I told him I moved out before everyone else and he had seen the place after i left. And if he took me to court I have pictures showing the status of everything.
But yeah, as soon as I told him they moved back to norway and I only had an email address he gave up. I think we were renting from an illegal immigrant though cause he had us sign a piece of paper and didn't run any sort of background check or anything like that. Kinda funny.
Sucks for you though, I'm sorry.
Seriously though, check facebook. I get messages from indonesians all the time wanting to have my love child.
Other option is to contact a private investigator. for probably $200 or so they could get you a name, phone number with in a day.
 
I think we're going to have to hire an Indonesian attorney and stuff to serve him, it's not unreasonably expensive, plus it will just be added into what he already owes us. There's 2 different separate cases we have against this guy, maybe 3. The whole court system is just designed to fuck you over though. It just protects bad people, at least small claims. Hell, my dad is a DA and he even thought some of the shit that happened was just stupid, and we were getting screwed.
 
I know a bunch of people in Indonesia (volunteering stunt two summers ago), I'm still in contact with them. They could probably help you (as much as possible) if you want Marshall. They're living in Bali and Java right now.

that's a pretty messed up move on that guys part hahaha. good luck finding this guy man. if you don't find him online for awhile I'd probably go with a private investigator like someone else said. a couple hundred up front for all your money back when you finally get the guy would definitely be worth it.
