how should i drill pvc through the bottom without damaging it?
i want to make about a 12 shotgun rail and i dont want to have to replace the pvc with any frequency.

drill a hole through the top(prob 3/8") then use3 a drill with a screwdriver dit to screwthrough bottom in to wood- that way it will hold well and you won't catch on the screw head

what i did was clamped the pvc to the wood, used 2 1/4" sheetrock screws and drilled up into the pvc. usually it wont make a hole and go through easliy the first time, so i backthe screw out a tlittle and then put it all the way in. that was its niice and tight against the wood.

if i can, i just drive the screw straight up from the bottem and through the pipe, if i cant, you can go from the side, but i usally just go through from the top and let the screw drive itself through the pipe
