How to do corks on trampoline?

I can already do d spins, rodeos, misty 5's, 900 spins and backflip 540's. I just really want to know how to do cork and everytime I try I go over my shoulders.

i learned by doing normal spins then slowly sending them more and more back. hard to learn but once you get corks they are easy as 123

Do a 3 to your back, then a 3 back to your feet. Next think of doing that but so that you're back down halfway through your air and then pull it around to your feet with another 3. Boom, cork 7s.

You can just pull around to 9 but to get to 10s etc, you have to get the feel of 7s and then spin a bit more before you go back into the cork, and cork 3s and 5s are pretty different and way harder.

okay first cork you should is a 7, so it makes sense you practice doing a 720. The way I learned it is just jump up, rotate a 7 focus on kicking your legs out so you're cork but just land on your back. Do this for like close to 20-30 times and you will start getting the feel for how to set the rotation.

Then slowly start setting the rotation harder and all the sudden one attempt you will land on your feet. After you get one to your feet, do it as many times as possible so you can get the feel for it. Pretty soon it will be your go to trick, I think without a doubt now a cork 7 is way easier than a regular 7.

I disagree with this landing on your back thing. I can see that being harder to do than an actual cork 7 itself. I understand landing on your back if you're learning how to link a double but it's not necessary for single tricks.

Cork 7's are all well and good but cork 5's and 3's are where it's at. Just got fives, very fun, 3's are probably the hardest thing to do .

Method 1 (easy)1) do a 180

2) as soon as you come around at 180, do a misty 5

3) stomp like a boss

Method 2 (little harder imo)

1) learn straight sevens

2) lean back. This can be done by tucking your legs to your chest or by just simply leaning back as you initiate the spin

3) land

Method 3 (also easy)

1)Pretend that there is a midget standing behind you

2) Punch that fucker in the face, but throw your right fist over your left shoulder

3) TUCK

4) land

I mean... If you're learning a trick like a cork 7 for the first time, and it has a unique set, most people can't just throw it first time and bring it to their feet. For me the natural way I fell when learning it was I would open up and then just land on my back/ass. It was only when I stopped trying to land on my feet and began focusing on landing on my back/ass that I was able to pay attention to how to set the cork spin with my body. Once you have the proper set it's only a matter of committing to the trick to land it, difficulty with cork when first learning it is that the set/rotation may not come natural to someone.

So many other sets like misty, flat spins, etc, are pretty easy to visualize and do, but since cork is in between the other inverts it is a bit harder to grasp at first. Once you learn it though it really becomes super easy rotation.
