start off on a low to the ground flat rail going at a gentle slope, it helps if there is a little lip to get up, if you have already done jumps you should be able to get a good pop and land on the rail, thats half the trouble right there. then just focus on your balance, using both your skis to balance. watch the end, then when your ready, pop off and land with more of your weight on the ski closest to the rail, ski off like your the pro. if you dont do it the first time, try it again until you master it, shouldnt be that hard for you if you have already jumped before
