How to convert mp4 to mp3

so does anyone know how to convert mp4 (itunes songs) to mp3 so i can just drag them over to my editing software w/ out having to burn like one song onto a cd cuz thats ones way to convert it from mp4 to mp3 but anything i can just do on my computer would help..

nah just downlaod any of the freeware converter programs , not like ur trying to download child porn they'll be legit

google zamzar. its a free online one. takes a couple hours for them to email you the file though. its legit though.

just go to preferences in ur itunes. go to importing and say convert to mp3. then right click on teh song in itunes and click convert to mp3

wait, mp4 to mp3? Correct me if i'm wrong, and i could be, but is mp4 not a video file, and mp3 is an audio file, both playable in itunes? why do you want to convert?
