How to clean

I'm building my summer set up, but some ppl says that using ur skis on a summer setup will damage the skis , and some says that i have to wash the base of the skis after each session.

The thing that i wanna know is how to wash the skis? and how to prevent from damage?

and ski boots have 2 be washed? and how ?

the outsides??? who cares? If your talking about the insides, just pull out the liner and put it in a tub of soapy warm water and clean it.

ski equipment isnt made of marshmallows, just spray it with a hose

yea, speak for yourself, i just got my t-wall gnarshmallow boots, made with 96% real marshmallows

My mountain just closed, and on the third last day i noticed that my edge was ripping out and my base was cracking, so i decided to try and wreck my ski, long story short, i skied 50/50 slush/grass and i still had no problem keeping up with other people, seriously, waxing is quite overrated ....
for summer setups, you're probably gonna have a garden hose near to spray your astroturf, so when you finish, just spray down your skis and you'll be good to go ....
also the binding cause thats probably the most dirt-sensitive part of the ski ...

the marshmallow cores on my skis will melt if i spray them with a hose..
