how to build a backyard park with sticks

ok, so i dont have alot of money, time, or enthusiasm when it comes to building a park. i know theres been plenty of threads but im doing another one for fun ..uh yea

i got railroad ties, a shed, some barrels, and some plywood sheets. i want a pikinic table, but like what can i make with this stuff? and i wanna do something with my shed, that would be sweet

you could make a kicker off the shed then have the pickinc table as a tranny for the landing...

im thinking of something like a hip jump for the shed. I dont have enough hill to jump over the whole thing

haha!! yea, put a rainbow rail over it..hmm.. but i cant even slides rails yet... mostly because my area doesnt have rails, but that would be sick... the roof of the shed is all er...tiled or whatever that stuff is

yeah that would be awesome to set someting up ontop of the shed and jump up to the top of the shed. that might fuck it up though. but if you had an inrun a rail or osehintg ontop of the shed. i wouldnt be able to hit it. I am thinking about another rail for my back yard maybe

 
set the shed on fire....................

i agree, except what does that accomplish except costing you more money to fix it? oh well if you can't find anything better to do then burn it, but make a drop in off the shed, then fix up a rail or something to grind, or steal a picnic table form your local white rose, or some place like that, i tihnk they seel picnic tables there

u could use the shed as a inrun and use the barrels to build a huge kicker. u could use the plywood sheets to build a quarter

 
Put the ply wood over the barrels, it will be the same as a picnic table

couldnt you make a box outta that stuff? or you could place the barrels up with plywood over it. and make it an inrun once snow comes and just build it. up? makes for less snow being used as your in run and more going to your kickers.. unless you dont live in ontario and have an endless supply of the white stuff

this is kinda fun, like in apollo 13, where they have to make a vacumm or something with duct tape

Yes!!!! use the barrels and the plywood to make a box.

Box is the most underappreciated jib out there, and more people need to be doing it.

Then, you can do fun stuff like railroad tie-box or vice versa.

Don't waste your stuff on kickers, that's what snow is for.

Build a quarter on the side of the shed, with two takeoffs. One quarter, one hip to the other side....

K, that's all I can think of for now.

my friend hs a shed and its like at the top of a steep hill, so we are gonna build a hip jump adn gap it. it ll be sick hopefully

 
yea i dont have a huge inrun... after i pack snow though for my inrun, would icing it make me go faster?

make the shed into a small strip joint. charge your friends to come and watch. there you go your money problem is fixed.

i would use the ply wood and rail road ties to make a inrun from the top of teh shed then i would use the picknik table and the peices of ply wood to make a fun box, so then you have a take off, a landing, a gap over the bench and if you go slow enough u could grind over the picknik table

 
heh i do have a hill in my backyard, its just not huge, like if i were to ski it i would get 4-8 good turns in.

Actually it turns out i do have a box..weird but i got one. what kind of tricks can you do off of boxes anyways?

with that hill the possibilities are endless.. why not try everyones ideas and just keep switching it up all the time till you find what you like the best

hah i think midwestskier is now the funniest person on the site. you should come to WI we have lots of fires. we used a gallon of gas and multiple pickup truckloads of wood to make a monster of a fire last week

 
just make a q-pipe or a hipon ur shed. dont waste ur time with anything else. also, use the plywood to make a picnic table, theyre fun. and a rail. thats all u need. maybe a kicker if u want.

we plan on maing a 10 ft high fire and jumping it one nioght, in wal mart parking lot haha, get towed in by a car hopefully well hit it once before we get arrested

wow!!Wonder if the guy who started the thread can now grind. And now im curious to what he did with his shed.
