How to break in welding/fire resistant gloves quick?

So the gloves are like some sort of hide. theyre basically welding gloves but a little bit thicker for firefighting. I lost my good ones so I have to use a new shitty unbroken in pair and I can barely move my fingers. Anyone have any sly ideas?

if you are a welder, after you are done welding grab the hot piece of metal and try to move around your fingers?

Are they the washable type? If so, wash them and they will loosen up.

But it's just like a new baseball mitt, you gotta break it in over time. Try putting a MIG wilder in the hand and then putting it in the oven for a couple hours at 250...

idk if I can make this any clearer my gloves are for firefighting, not welding but I may bake them. not sure if that will ruin the intergrity
