How to adjust Full Tilt top buckle?

So I have chicken legs and even with heat molding my liners and and cranking down the top buckle there is still room. So I just saw that the top buckle has 3 notches and I can't seem to figure out to adjust it. Can anyone shred some light and tell me how to do it?

I figured out it was easier when you take the liner out at first, then the back piece out by unscrewing the canting adjustment. make sure you remember how they wereset up tho.

Then you might want to use a flat screw driver as a lever to get the cable out of there and put it in the next slot.

use the power strap under the tongue, directly against the liner. it should solve your problem.

I have the booters, and I want to move my buckle to the 2nd hole so I can get more range out of the buckle. But when I unscrew the screw that attaches the buckle to the shell, it just spins.

Have any of you successfully taken out the top buckle off?

Look inside the shell. There is a nut spinning when you try to loosen or tighten the screw. Hold nut with needle nose pliers while you loosen screw.
