How to 4 in ?

the biggest thing is too pop first. If your rushin the spin/ pop you'll probably slide off one of the sides. after the first 180 its pretty easy to spot the rail. use that time to spot and position yourself

well i was learning them last week and this helped me ...

there are 2 ways i tried

1. practice spinning flat land 3s and just go on to the box and think like you are doing a flat land 3 and the extra kick from the kicker sould allow you to get the last 90 degrees around when doing all this you dont have to have much speed so you are less likely to slip backwards when you land.

2.just go with alot of speed and try spining a 5 you may get a 5 then just asjust your spin to land 450 but with this it is easier to fall back wards when you land

hope i helped

I'd probably find a flat-down box with enough room for a comfortable 450 and enough kick that you have some height, and don't have to worry about only being a few inches over the box... Then get comfortable disastering it, and whatnot. Basically all I think about when I do them, is that I'm doing a 360, sopt the rail at about 3, and kinda almost shifty your body to 450... If you are able to spot the rail well from the air then 450 shouldn't be much of an issue... I had the hardest time with them because I would always drift to one side or the other, if that's the case then just compensate by taking off more to one side of the jump, or popping to one side, etc... Good luck man, wear a helmet, hahaha

really, you guys consider gus kenworthy a pro?

if you are trying 450s i dont think you should have to ask how to do them, if you know how to 270 which you should if your going to 450. its pretty obvious that you just have to spin faster approach faster or hit a rail or box that has a bigger gap on

you might not be a prohoe, but you sure post like one!

but seriously, you should be able to figure it out on your own how to 4 on...it's not like needing tips on learning an off axis flip where you don't know how it's thrown and you need somebody to tell you the way you pop and set, it's just a normal spin onto a rail...

yah what i did was i found a nice butter box, so its really wide and then i just kept trying 450s on and i did like 10 times without and everytime i would adjust something until i finally could do them comfortably onto that box, then i tried it again on different boxes.
