Full tilt's new buckles are ass. All of my original buckles are broken and now I actually use the buckles from my old FT Booters from 2015

Take them to a shop that sells replacement parts and they should be able to just swap them out

I just replaced my middle cable system on my FTs (not descendants but still FTs). There was a screw on the heel that took the posterior calf part of the shell completely off. I didn’t struggle with this, but I also spent 5 years in a shop. I’m not sure about the shell of the descendants, but I hope this info helps you a bit!

Take off the allen key looking screw on both sides of boot and the black plastic calf part should pull off

I tried to but that shit was tight as hell I didn't have enough strenght and neither did my screwdriver.

It should come out fairly easily. It’s just lock tighted in. If you can’t get it whip them into a shop and they will be able to do it for you.

Best way to solve this is to throw them out and buy a real boot.
