How the hell would you throw a forward flatspin?

I'm gonna hit up skyzone tomorrow since my trampoline is shitty and I don't have snow yet and I was thinking of trying something new. I can't backflip for shit, had an accident trying them when I was a kid, almost broke my neck and i'm scared shitless of them so I can't try a back flat and I also can't commit to rodeos, corks and underflips. How would a front flat even be set? How would you throw it? Flats seem so cool and floaty and I don't want to miss out because I'm too pussy to commit to throwing back.

PS. I searched and only found old threads that never described how to set the trick. Also nechroing shit is dumb.

Welp, thank you for clearing that up guys. If I wanted to try a flatspin tomorrow, would it be possible to do it with my backflip fear problem? Could I throw a lincoln and tweak my legs back in the air to sort of get closer to the actual rotation?

Just do a backflip, super scary the first time but it is like climbing a mountain when you make it.

I can try, skyzone has a foam pit which definitely helps. Last time I tried, i was able to commit but didn't tuck so I landed straight on my head.

Misty 3... i used to do them before i could misty 5. Just do a frontflip but cross your arm down to the opposite foot when you throw it.
